Paulette F. Hamilton is the owner and managing attorney at The Law Office of Paulette Hamilton, P.A. where she focuses her practice on family law. Attorney Hamilton has an extensive amount of experience in complex family law matters including divorce, prenuptials, high-income alimony and child support, child custody, property distribution, and pension distribution. Prior to opening her own firm, she was an associate for a large bankruptcy firm where she represented consumers and businesses in need of bankruptcy protection. Her combined knowledge in both family law and bankruptcy allows her to assist clients in creating a realistic financial plan post dissolution and bankruptcy discharge. Paulette prides herself on developing a personal relationship with her clients and she understands that no two cases will ever be the same.
Paulette earned her J.D. in 2008 from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and her B.A. in 2004 from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. She is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the Northern, Middle, and Southern District Courts of Florida.
